Mind over MS: can thinking about movement and balance training ease symptoms?
NCT ID NCT07230015
Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two therapies for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). It combines 'motor imagery,' which is mentally practicing movements, with 'vestibular rehabilitation,' which is exercises to improve balance and reduce dizziness. Researchers want to see if doing both together for 8 weeks is better than usual care at improving balance, thinking skills, and overall quality of life.
