Head-to-Head antibiotic showdown for dangerous blood infections

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common antibiotics works better for treating serious MRSA bloodstream infections. It will enroll 300 patients and directly compare daptomycin against vancomycin. The main goal is to see which drug leads to better overall patient outcomes, balancing survival, complications, and side effects.
