Summary

This study is testing an experimental mRNA CAR T-cell therapy called Descartes-08 in adults with generalized myasthenia gravis, a chronic autoimmune disease that causes severe muscle weakness. The goal is to see if this one-time cellular treatment can safely reduce symptoms and improve patients' ability to perform daily activities. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real therapy or a placebo to compare results.
