Summary
This study tested a new way to find small cancer spots in neck lymph nodes of people with nasopharyngeal cancer. It combined MRI scans with a special ultrasound that uses a contrast agent. The goal was to create better rules for diagnosis and see how accurate they are. 348 patients took part, and the results could help doctors catch cancer spread earlier.
