Summary
This study tested whether combining MRI scans with a special ultrasound (contrast-enhanced ultrasound) can better detect small cancer spread in neck lymph nodes of people with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 348 patients with suspected small lymph node involvement were enrolled. The goal was to create and evaluate a new diagnostic rule to improve accuracy and avoid unnecessary treatments.
