MRI may help predict endometriosis drug success

NCT ID NCT07446608

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether MRI scans can help doctors predict which women with endometriosis will benefit from the drug dienogest. Researchers will follow 48 women aged 19-45 who are starting dienogest for the first time. By comparing MRI images before treatment with changes in pain and quality of life over 12 months, they hope to find imaging clues that identify good responders. The goal is to personalize treatment and avoid ineffective medication.
