MRI may reveal who benefits from endometriosis drug

Summary
This study looks at whether MRI scans can help predict how well the drug dienogest works for women with endometriosis. About 48 women will have MRI scans before starting treatment, and their pain and quality of life will be tracked for 12 months. The goal is to find imaging clues that identify who will benefit most, so treatment can be personalized.
