Scientists map blood flow in veins to understand common pelvic condition

NCT ID NCT06888024

Summary

This study uses advanced MRI scans to measure and understand blood flow in the pelvic veins. It aims to create detailed pictures of normal flow and how it changes in people with May-Thurner syndrome or after a vein stent is placed. The goal is to gather data to help improve future computer models and treatments for vein problems.
