Doctors use MRI scans to predict which knee fractures are most severe

NCT ID NCT07481929

Summary

This study looked back at medical scans from 77 patients who had a specific, severe type of knee fracture. Researchers analyzed MRI and CT images to identify patterns that might predict if a fracture is more likely to be dislocated. The goal is to help doctors better understand these complex injuries to improve future care, but this study did not test any new treatments.
