Can MRI predict radiation side effects before they happen?

Summary
This study uses regular MRI scans after radiation therapy to see if they can predict damage to healthy tissue in patients with mouth or skull base tumors. The goal is to catch a condition called osteoradionecrosis (bone damage) early. About 425 adults who are getting radiation will be followed over time with MRI imaging.
