First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special MRI scoring system (O-RADS) can accurately predict if an ovarian mass is cancerous in girls under 16. About 100 participants who had surgery for an ovarian mass and a preoperative MRI will be included. The goal is to help doctors choose the right surgery—removing only the mass or the whole ovary—to avoid spreading cancer.
