First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing MRI scans in the exact position used during radiation treatment can make spinal radiation more accurate. About 21 adults with cancer that has spread to the spine will have two MRI scans—one with and one without a special immobilization device. The goal is to find the best way to plan and deliver spinal stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).
