First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether using MRI scans to guide radiation therapy, along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, can reduce side effects and improve outcomes for people with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 490 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either MRI-guided or CT-guided radiation. The goal is to see which approach better controls the cancer and causes fewer breathing-related side effects.
