Summary
This study aims to see how well MRI scans can tell the difference between harmless and potentially cancerous ovarian cysts. It will involve 50 women whose ultrasound results were unclear. Researchers will compare the MRI findings to results from surgery or follow-up tests to see if MRI can improve diagnosis and guide better treatment decisions.
