Summary

This study aims to see how well MRI scans can tell the difference between harmless and potentially cancerous ovarian cysts. Researchers will enroll 50 women with unclear ultrasound results and compare MRI findings with surgery results or follow-up scans. The goal is to improve diagnostic confidence and help doctors choose the right treatment path for each patient.
