New MRI dye may spot artery blockages better than current standard

Summary
This study tests a new contrast agent called gadopiclenol against the standard one (gadoterate meglumine) for MRI scans of narrowed or blocked arteries. About 315 adults with suspected vascular disease will receive both agents in random order and have their scans compared to CT or X-ray results. The goal is to see if the new agent is as good or better at finding blockages without extra safety risks.
