Summary
This study tested a new combination drug, MRG-001, to see if it helps surgical wounds heal better and reduces scarring. Ten adults having tummy tuck surgery received either the drug or a saltwater placebo. Researchers measured scar strength and checked for side effects to see if the drug is safe and works.
