NCT ID NCT07278570
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study uses a special MRI technique called MR elastography to see how muscles and connective tissues move and respond to pressure. Researchers want to find out if these scans can show changes after a hands-on therapy called Tuina, compared to standard care. About 78 adults with chronic low back pain will be randomly assigned to receive either Tuina or usual care, and will undergo three MRI scans along with pain and function questionnaires.
