New hope for tough pancreatic cancer: experimental combo tested

Summary
This study tests a new drug called MR001 combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 45 adults with this type of cancer will take part.
