NCT ID NCT07103798

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study will see if a microprocessor-controlled knee (a smart knee that adjusts automatically) helps veterans with a leg amputation walk better and feel more confident compared to a standard mechanical knee. About 20 veterans will try both types of knees and report which they prefer. The goal is to improve mobility and quality of life for those with limited walking ability.
