New hope for tough cancers: first human tests begin

NCT ID NCT04643418

Summary

This is the first time a new drug called MPB-1734 is being tested in people. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
