Summary
This study is testing a new hip implant called the MPACT Dual Mobility Cup in 600 people who need a total hip replacement. The goal is to see how well the implant works over 10 years, focusing on how long it lasts and how much it improves hip function and pain. Participants will be followed for a decade to track implant survival and overall joint health.
