Summary
This study tested whether a drug called MP-424 could help people with a specific type of chronic hepatitis C. Fifteen patients with genotype 1b hepatitis C who hadn't taken certain other medications received the treatment. Researchers checked if the virus remained undetectable six months after finishing the drug course to see if it provided lasting benefit.
