Summary
This study aims to understand how a traditional Chinese therapy called umbilical moxibustion might help people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Researchers will give the heat therapy to some participants and compare their gut bacteria and body chemicals to a control group. The goal is to learn the biological reasons why this treatment might work, not to test if it cures the condition.
