Summary

This study is testing whether a medical device called MOWOOT, which uses gentle abdominal massage, can help adults with severe, long-term constipation who have not found relief from other treatments. Participants will either use the device daily or continue with their standard care plan for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the device improves people's daily satisfaction with managing their bowel symptoms and overall quality of life.
