Summary
This study aims to understand the relationship between muscle stiffness and movement quality in healthy adults. Researchers will measure muscle properties and movement patterns in 42 inactive volunteers. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help prevent future injuries, but this is an observational study that does not test any treatments.
