Summary

This study tests whether personalized motivational coaching can help African American patients on dialysis attend all their treatments. 176 participants will either receive coaching sessions or standard care, and researchers will track how often they miss or shorten dialysis. The goal is to improve treatment adherence and confidence in managing their own health.
