Summary
This study is testing whether a special coaching program can help African American patients on dialysis attend their treatments more regularly. Researchers are comparing patients who receive motivational interviews from trained coaches to those who do not. The goal is to see if this support improves treatment adherence and patients' confidence in managing their health.
