Summary
This study tests three different mouthwashes (chlorhexidine, cetylpyridinium chloride, and essential oil) in 24 people with braces. Participants will use each mouthwash for a week, with breaks in between, to see which one best reduces plaque and gum inflammation. The goal is to find the most effective and patient-friendly option for keeping teeth clean during orthodontic treatment.
