Summary

This study is testing a new spinal joint replacement device called MOTUS for people with worn-out lower back joints. Researchers are comparing it to traditional spinal fusion surgery to see if it works as well or better at reducing pain and improving movement. The study involves about 158 adults who haven't gotten relief from other treatments like physical therapy or medications.
