Summary

This study compares two single-session treatments for chronic neck pain: motor imagery (mentally rehearsing movements) and motor control exercises (physical movements). Researchers will measure pain, pressure sensitivity, neck position sense, and imagery ability in 40 adults with neck pain lasting at least 12 weeks. The goal is to see which approach offers better short-term relief.
