Summary

This study looked at whether adding motor imagery training (mentally practicing movements) to core stabilization exercises could help mothers of children with physical disabilities who have low back pain. Forty mothers participated, and researchers measured pain, disability, body awareness, balance, quality of life, and anxiety. The goal was to see if this combined approach improves daily function and well-being.
