Summary
This study aims to understand how exercise affects movement, thinking skills, and even gut health in children with ADHD. Researchers will compare 100 children with ADHD to typically developing children, measuring their physical abilities, memory, and body chemistry before and after exercise programs. The goal is to gather knowledge to help create better support and exercise plans for children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
