Can a chat help you sleep? new program aims to boost CPAP use

NCT ID NCT07258264

Summary

This study tested whether a special motivational training program could help people with sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more consistently. It compared the new program, which focused on building confidence and addressing concerns, against the usual training patients receive. The main goal was to see if the motivational approach led to people using their CPAP for more hours each night over 90 days.
