NCT ID NCT07307924
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether motivational interviewing, a type of counseling, can help people with high blood pressure living in semi-rural areas better understand their condition, feel more confident, and stick to their treatment. About 100 adults aged 25-59 will either receive four counseling sessions or continue with usual care. Researchers will measure changes in knowledge, medication adherence, and blood pressure over six months.
