NCT ID NCT07088406

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a 10-week program called Conmigo, where Latina mothers and their 8-11 year old daughters attend weekly sessions together to encourage physical activity. Researchers will compare this to a program focused on diet. The goal is to see if the activity program increases the daughters' moderate-to-vigorous exercise, measured by accelerometers. 432 mother-daughter pairs will participate.
