New drug combo aims to control Hard-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary

This study tests two drugs, mosunetuzumab and pirtobrutinib, given together to people with Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia (a rare blood cancer) that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the combination controls the disease. About 25 adults will take part.
