Can morning light stop Kids' scoliosis from worsening?
NCT ID NCT07424703
Summary
This study is testing whether morning bright light therapy can slow down or prevent the worsening of idiopathic scoliosis in children. It focuses on kids aged 10-15 who are naturally 'night owls' and have a mild to moderate spinal curve. Participants will either use a special light device each morning for six months or receive only sleep education, and researchers will track their spinal curve over two years to see if the light makes a difference.
