Can a morning workout cure your bad sleep? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07234812
Summary
This study aims to see if doing moderate strength exercises in the morning can improve sleep quality and mood in healthy young adults. It will enroll 64 participants who identify as either 'morning people' or 'evening people' to follow an 8-week online exercise program. Researchers will compare how the exercise affects sleep, mood, and daily rhythms between the two groups to see if the benefits depend on a person's natural daily preference.
