Summary
This study is testing whether a mouthwash made from moringa tree leaves can fight plaque, gum inflammation, and cavity-causing bacteria as effectively as a standard chlorhexidine mouthwash. It will involve 90 people with gingivitis and a moderate-to-high risk for cavities. The goal is to see if this natural alternative can control common oral health problems with potentially fewer side effects.
