NCT ID NCT07292480

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study compares monthly blood tests for a nerve damage marker (pNfL) against standard yearly MRI scans in people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). The goal is to see if the blood test can catch hidden disease activity sooner, allowing doctors to adjust treatment faster and prevent relapses. About 84 participants will be monitored for up to 24 months.
