Spine surgery showdown: which screw fixes fractures better in seniors?

Summary
This study looks at two types of screws used to fix broken spine bones in people aged 60 and older. The goal is to see which screw type better corrects spine curvature six months after surgery. About 44 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either monoaxial or polyaxial screws, and their recovery will be tracked for one year.
