Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive device that uses light to measure oxygen levels in the brains of newborn babies who may have suffered a brain injury from lack of oxygen at birth. Researchers will compare these measurements with standard tests and follow the babies' development over time. The goal is to see if this device can help doctors better monitor and treat brain injuries in newborns.
