NCT ID NCT05621291
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This study is testing whether frequent blood and bone marrow tests can help doctors know which children with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) are cured by CAR T-cell therapy alone and which might need a stem cell transplant. About 60 participants aged 1 to 25 who have no detectable cancer after CAR T-cell therapy will be monitored every 2 weeks for 2 years. The goal is to catch early signs of relapse and guide treatment decisions.
