Summary
This study tests a drug called [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE, which delivers radiation directly to meningioma tumor cells. It is for adults with progressive grade 1-3 meningioma that has worsened despite prior treatment. The goal is to see if this drug can slow tumor growth and improve survival compared to standard care.
