New test aims to spot kidney transplant problems earlier
NCT ID NCT07347353
Summary
This study tested a new molecular analysis tool called HistoMx on kidney transplant biopsies to see if it helps doctors better diagnose rejection in real-world clinical practice. It involved 400 adult kidney transplant recipients and followed their outcomes for 12 months. The goal was to see if adding this molecular information to standard tests leads to better treatment decisions and improves long-term kidney function and survival.
