Can a natural supplement beat watchful waiting for early cervical changes?

Summary
This study compares a supplement called MODUCARE against simply watching and waiting in 182 people with low-grade cervical cell changes (CIN1). The goal is to see if MODUCARE helps these abnormal cells go away faster. Participants will be randomly assigned to take the supplement or just have regular check-ups.
