First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at 200 ICU patients on breathing machines to see if easier-to-use definitions for lung complications can better predict who will survive and how long they need the machine. Researchers will compare standard criteria with two modified versions. The goal is to improve care without adding extra tests.
