Doctors Hand-Craft stents for inoperable aortic aneurysms
NCT ID NCT07224230
Summary
This study is testing a custom-modified stent graft for patients with dangerous aortic aneurysms who are too high-risk for open surgery and whose anatomy doesn't fit the only FDA-approved device. Surgeons will modify standard stents on-site to fit each patient's unique blood vessels. The goal is to see if this minimally invasive, customized approach is safe and effective at preventing aneurysm rupture over five years.
