New twist on classic exercise could ease hip arthritis pain
NCT ID NCT07401719
Summary
This study is testing whether a modified version of a common hip-strengthening exercise can better help people with moderate hip osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare the effects of standard clamshell exercises, modified clamshell exercises, and a basic exercise program in 54 adults aged 45-60. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pain, improves hip movement, and helps with daily activities over 12 weeks.
