First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a four-week exercise program could improve balance in 23 orchestra musicians. The exercises focused on mobilizing the body, and participants did them once or twice a week. Balance was measured using a virtual reality system before, during, and after the program. The goal was to see if these exercises could help musicians who often stand or sit in awkward positions for long periods.
