Summary
This study tested a mobile app that provides midwifery care and information to pregnant women. Researchers wanted to see if using the app could lower stress, reduce fear of childbirth, and increase satisfaction with care. The study included 107 first-time mothers in their second trimester. Results showed that the app helped women feel more prepared and less distressed during pregnancy.
